## Description

# Director of Nursing (LPN/RN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care

**Spring Oak Tri Cities | Petersburg, VA**  
**Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year**

Spring Oak Tri Cities is seeking an experienced **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)** to serve as our **Director of Nursing**. Our Petersburg campus has two buildings: one for assisted living and one for memory care.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee resident care and support the team across both buildings. We are looking for a nurse who can guide staff, maintain strong clinical practices, and build trusting relationships with residents and families.
