## Description

- Lead the development and delivery of complex consulting projects supporting multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide expert consulting to senior leadership, articulating customer needs and influencing business strategies.
- Define research methodologies and oversee data analysis to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop consultative solutions and ensure alignment on research and data strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering professional growth through coaching and development.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to maximize project outcomes and quality standards.

- Extensive experience leading complex consulting projects with a focus on business strategy and customer insights.
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Strong expertise in advanced analytics, qualitative research, and data visualization to support actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in change management and driving continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
- Deep understanding of marketing performance measurement and business strategy integration.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
