## Description

**Direct Support Professional Day Services** **Schedule:** Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm**Pay:** $20.00**Location:** ACHIEVE North, Madison County ***SIGN ON BONUS-UP TO $1000***

The **Direct Support Professional** assists individuals with developmental disabilities with skill acquisition, retention, or improvement in self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills. You will provide support and services to individuals to attain independence, productivity, and integration.

**RESPONSIBILITIES** 

- Provide individualized care and daily living support based on each person’s Life Plan, IPOP, or ISP while promoting independence
- Build life, social, and community skills by helping individuals pursue personal goals, participate in meaningful activities, and develop natural supports
- Ensure health and safety by providing trained supports such as First Aid, CPR, medication administration, and SCIP-R interventions
- Transport individuals safely to programs, activities, and community locations
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance by completing service notes and reports, protecting confidentiality, and following agency policies and program standards

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
- Valid NYS Driver's License with a driving record that is in accordance with the requirements of our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.
