Join our team to help shape the future of an ever-growing, ever-evolving brand! **Role Overview:** Reports to: Chief Digital Officer This role is onsite at our Edina, MN Headquarters, it is **not a remote position.** The Digital BI & Analytics Lead owns the data foundation, BI ecosystem, and performance measurement framework for the Digital team. This role blends hands-on data engineering with analytics leadership to deliver trusted insights across digital revenue, customer behavior, platform performance, fulfillment, returns, profitability, and long-range planning. **Key Responsibilities:** **Data Engineering & Infrastructure ·** - Design, build, and maintain scalable digital performance based data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, governed datasets, and semantic models leveraging datasets across digital, marketing, finance, merchandising, technology, and operations sources. - Translate business needs into production-ready reporting assets, and reliable data models with clear documentation, monitoring, and quality standards. - Automate manual reporting, improve self-service access, and strengthen data architecture, lineage, and change management practices. **Business Intelligence & Performance Reporting** - Define and govern Digital KPIs, including revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic, engagement, funnel performance, delivery speed, shipping margin, returns, and profitability. - Build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that combine insights across multiple internal and external sources to deliver one trusted source of truth for Digital performance. **Strategic Analytics, Experimentation, & AI Enablement** - Develop analytical frameworks and financial models that support business transformation, five-year planning, and technology prioritization. - Support experimentation, A/B testing, digital funnel analysis, and AI-enabled analytics to improve performance forecasting, optimization, and insights. - Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and business stories that connect customer behavior, operational performance, and financial outcomes to identify opportunities for profitable digital growth. **Governance** - Serve as the Digital team’s subject matter expert for data standards, metric definitions, reporting governance, and analytics best practices. - Influence cross-functional partners to improve reporting discipline, data quality, and adoption of trusted BI tools that support the Digital business. - Communicate complex technical and analytical topics clearly to senior leaders, peers, and non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field; equivalent experience considered. - Progressive experience in data engineering, BI, analytics engineering, or digital analytics, preferably in retail, ecommerce, omnichannel, or consumer-facing environments. - Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and dashboard development; Python and SSRS preferred. - Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets and building governed reporting, KPI frameworks, and actionable insights. - Strong financial acumen, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills. **EVEREVE Benefits and Perks:** - Self-Managed PTO: Time off is yours to plan and use as you need it - Affordable Health Insurance: 80% employer-paid premiums for medical and dental for team members; 50% covered for eligible partners, spouses and dependents - Parental Leave: Generous paid leave benefits for maternity, paternity and adoption to enjoy time with your growing family - Flex Spending Accounts: Benefit from pre-tax savings for out-of-pocket healthcare or dependent/daycare costs - Additional Insurance: Company paid life insurance and short-term disability - 401k +5% Match:?Contribute to your financial future and receive a 5% company match with immediate vesting upon enrollment - Fashion Discount: Enjoy a 30% discount on all merchandise purchased in-store or online, *excluding* Trendsend.
