**Location:** *Little Falls Health Services – Little Falls, MN*  
**Status:** Casual  
**Wage Range:** **$19.09/hour** (DOE)  
**Department:** Culinary Services

Make a difference while serving others! We are seeking compassionate and reliable **Dietary Aides** to join our team and help provide quality dining experiences for our residents. This is a great role for someone who enjoys teamwork, serving others, and a positive work environment.

**About the Role**

As a **Dietary Aide**, you will assist with meal preparation and service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. You’ll play an important role in promoting nutrition, dignity, and quality of care for those we serve.

**Responsibilities**

- Assist with meal preparation and serving trays
- Deliver food carts and set up dining areas
- Ensure accurate meal portions and diet orders
- Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow infection control and food safety procedures
- Provide friendly service to residents and team members

**Qualifications**

- No experience required — **we will train!**
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and respect for residents
- Basic understanding of food safety helpful
