If you have previous hands-on dialysis nursing experience and are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions, we would love to meet you! The Dialysis RN is responsible for **overseeing and providing dialysis treatments for patients experiencing acute or chronic kidney failure**, as ordered by the physician. The RN will monitor patients throughout treatment, assess for changes in condition, respond appropriately to complications, and ensure safe, effective dialysis care. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinates discharge planning, provides patient and family education, and connects patients with appropriate community resources. ## Qualifications - **Current RN license in the state of employment** - **Previous dialysis nursing experience is required** - Experience providing dialysis care to patients with **acute and/or chronic kidney failure** - Current **BLS certification** - Current **ACLS certification is preferred upon hire and required within 90 days of employment** - **ACLS is required from Day 1** for all Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU positions - Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) certification is **preferred but not required** - Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills - Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team - **We can help you obtain your ACLS certification!** ## Pay Range USD $44.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr. ## About PAM Health **PAM HEALTH (PAM)** based in Enola, Pennsylvania, provides specialty healthcare services through more than 80 locations, as well as wound clinics and outpatient physical therapy locations, in 17 states.
