# Dental Practice Manager

### **Established Private Family Dental Office**

Are you an experienced dental leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for a **Dental Assistant Practice Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy private family dental office in Saginaw, MI

This is an opportunity to join a well-established office where your leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.

## **What You'll Be Responsible For**

- Oversee daily front and back office operations
- Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims
- Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production
- Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained
- Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development
- Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance

## **What We're Looking For**

- 2 - 3+ years of dental office experience (management experience preferred)
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing both people and daily operations
- Goal-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently
- Business or healthcare management education is preferred but not required
- Available to work Monday–Friday
