# **Dental Assistant**

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic **Dental Assistant** to join our exceptional private practice team in **Appleton, WI**. We're searching for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding clinical care.

## **Schedule**

- **Monday – Thursday**
- **7:30 AM – 5:00 PM**

## **Compensation**

- **$20- $26 per hour**, based on experience

## **Responsibilities**

- Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatment
- Assist the doctor efficiently during a variety of dental & oral surgery procedures
- Capture digital impressions using the **iTero scanner**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with state guidelines
- Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care
- Accurately document clinical notes and patient information
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

## **Qualifications**

- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Experience using an **iTero scanner** is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional patient care
