# **Dental Assistant**

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic **Dental Assistant** to join our exceptional private practice team in **Norman, OK.** We're searching for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding clinical care.

## **Schedule**

- **Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 am - 5pm**
- **Wednesday : 12 pm - 7pm**

## **Compensation**

- **$18- $24 per hour**, based on experience

## **Responsibilities**

- Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatment
- Assist the doctor efficiently during a variety of dental procedures
- Capture digital impressions using the iTero scanner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with state guidelines
- Educate patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and post-operative care
- Accurately document clinical notes and patient information
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

## **Qualifications**

- Previous dental assisting experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional patient care
