Write and edit technical documentation for hardware and software to include installation, configuration, and how-to documentation. Format technical publications from technical drawings, consultations with technical personnel and other available resources. **You Have:** - 3+ years of experience as a technical author or editor of technical or scientific information - Knowledge of grammar, formatting, and document configuration management - Knowledge of basic concepts and writing technical copy for various types of documents - Ability to prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides and manuals, and technical publications - Ability to gather technical information and prepare written text - Ability to use multiple word processing and presentation tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Visio - Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam - Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities - DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification. **Nice If You Have:** - Experience with supporting IC clients - Experience interacting with technical engineers and architects - Knowledge of cybersecurity terminology - Ability to prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences - Ability to handle deadlines - Ability to maintain a current internal documentation library **Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
