We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (25 hours per week) to support our customers by answering questions, providing information, and helping resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Essential Functions/Responsibilities:**

- Answer customer calls
- Solve any new, open & pending tickets
- Interact with and respond to customer chats that are in queue
- Assist social media team regarding specific customer service concerns

**Required Skills/Abilities:**

- Proficient with Google Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to type information into a computer quickly and accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with advanced notice

**Education and Experience:**

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred

**Physical Requirements:**

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
