**Overview**  

Join Gallagher and make a real difference in employees' lives. As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll help members understand their benefit options, answer questions, and confidently choose the coverage that best meets their needs. No sales, no cold calling—just meaningful customer support.

### Position Details - This is a temporary position starting on **10/19/2026**. There may be an opportunity to be converted into perm employee upon successful completion of the project. - Competitive Pay: **$18/hr (unlicensed)** or **$21/hr (Life & Health licensed)** - Location: Onsite at our Las Vegas office (**777 N. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89107**). This is a fully **onsite** role. - Schedule: Monday–Friday * Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM * After Training: 8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM **How you'll make an impact** - Serve as a trusted resource for members navigating their benefit options - Resolve eligibility, enrollment, and claims-related questions with professionalism and care - Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with every caller - Partner with insurance carriers, providers, and internal teams to quickly resolve member concerns - Guide employees toward informed benefits decisions that support their needs **About You** **Required:** - High school diploma - 1+ year of customer service experience - Strong typing and basic computer skills**Preferred:** - Bilingual Spanish - Life & Health License - Benefits experience - Call center experience - Microsoft Office proficiency Success Traits - Excellent communication and active listening skills - Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others - Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach - Ability to build trust and rapport with every callerIf you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!#LI-KB3 **Compensation and benefits** At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
