## Description

**Pay:** $23.00–$24.00 per hour + Benefits  
**Schedule:** Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Location:** Las Vegas, Nevada

**About the Role**

Legacy Transportation is seeking a **Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our Las Vegas, Nevada team**. This is a **full-time, in-office position based in Las Vegas**.

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while coordinating customer orders and time-sensitive shipments, including trade show and high-value freight.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines while maintaining accurate information throughout the shipment process.

**What You’ll Do**

- Process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate freight and manage time-sensitive shipments, including trade show and high-value freight.
- Maintain and update orders throughout the shipment process.
- Communicate shipment status, changes, delays, and exceptions to customers.
- Coordinate with customers, agents, operations, and other internal departments.
- Prepare customer quotes and ensure shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and processed timely.
- Manage multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform timely and accurate order entry and ensure shipment information remains current through completion.
- Assist with resolving customer and shipment issues and involve appropriate team members when needed.

**What We’re Looking For**

- 1–2 years of customer service, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, shipment information, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with customer order processing, transportation order entry, or shipment coordination preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Dependable and adaptable with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
