## Description

We’re hiring **Customer Engagement Representatives** to support customer-focused campaigns, community outreach, promotional events, and in-person engagement initiatives.

This is a **full-time entry-level opportunity** designed for motivated individuals who want to develop experience in **customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and business development**. **No previous experience is required — paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.**

## What You’ll Do

- Engage directly with customers and community members
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Explain products, services, programs, and promotions
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach
- Represent partner organizations and maintain a positive customer experience
- Assist with event setup, registration, presentations, and promotional activities
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Work with team members to meet daily goals and campaign objectives
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
