This role supports the overall operational efficiency of the site by performing routine and detailed cleaning duties, ensuring a sanitary, safe, and well-maintained environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations. ***Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all indoor and outdoor facility areas. - Vacuum designated areas and sweep, mop, or scrub floors; operate floor scrubber as needed. - Clean and sanitize surfaces, including windows, walls, tables, countertops, and cameras. - Disinfect and restock bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, dispensers, towels, and soap. - Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including refrigerators, microwaves, floors, and surfaces. - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies for bathrooms and storage closets. - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility. - Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager. - Assist with physical tasks and special projects as assigned. - Adhere to all company health, safety, and sanitation policies. - Be available for occasional weekend work as needed. ***Qualifications*** - Working knowledge of standard custodial procedures and cleaning practices. - Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals. - Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and chemical handling. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. - Good communication skills and attention to detail. ***Physical Demands*** The physical demands described here represent those required to perform the essential functions of the role.
