## Description

### What You’ll Do

Goldfish Swim School Bedford is hiring a part-time Crew Member (onsite in Bedford, NH) to help create a safe, welcoming experience for families. You’ll support swim lessons, lifeguarding, and front-desk service so kids can learn with confidence and parents feel informed.  

Responsibilities include:  
- Serve as an ambassador for the Goldfish Swim School brand  
- Interact with adults and children; answer program questions  
- Provide swim instruction using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum  
- Maintain lifeguard credentials; report incidents and complete required paperwork  
- Assist with other tasks as assigned  

Qualifications:  
- Comfortable working with children  
- Strong communication and organization skills  
- Must pass background examinations (included with training)  
- High school diploma/GED preferred (or currently in high school)  
- Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid required (paid training available if not certified)

### A Typical Shift

As a Crew Member, you’ll rotate through a lively, family-filled facility—greeting parents as they arrive, staying attentive to pool activity, and moving between lesson blocks and peak check-in times. Between groups, you’ll reset your space, keep communication flowing with teammates, and handle quick questions from current and prospective members. You’ll wrap up the shift by closing out notes, confirming any follow-ups, and making sure everything is ready for the next wave of swimmers.
