## Description

**Corporate Trainer**

Richardson, TX (Onsite) | Full-Time |

BUILD SOMETHING LEGENDARY.

There's no training department here yet. That's the job - you build it. Fast, from scratch, with real ownership over what it becomes. We're looking for a creative mind to turn learning theory, technology, and a little AI into training people actually remember. If you want to maintain someone else's program, this isn't it. If you want to create one, keep reading.

**What You'll Own**

- Build DebtBlue's training function from the ground up - onboarding, skills, leadership, all of it.
- Design and deliver training in Trainual and in person - whatever gets it to land.
- Bring new tools and AI into how training gets built, not just how it gets delivered.
- Turn adult learning theory into training people actually want to sit through.
- Shape this department as it grows - you're not filling a seat, you're building the seat.

**What You Bring**

- 3+ years as a corporate trainer, or an educator (middle school through college/adult ed) ready to make the leap.
- Real instructional design chops and a grip on how adults actually learn.
- Communication that lands - in writing, in a room, on camera.
- Speed. We move fast and build as we go - you need to move with us.
- LMS experience, solid Microsoft Office skills.
- Collaborative, no-drama, get-it-done energy - and genuinely fun to work with.

**The Deal**

$60,000–$65,000, plus medical/dental/vision, PTO and holidays, and a 401(k) match.
