In this role, you will collaborate with technology teams to provide legal guidance on innovative systems and robotics solutions. The position focuses on supporting product development, commercial agreements, software licensing, and intellectual property matters while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and law, helping shape the future of automation and operations. Key job responsibilities - Partner with engineering and technology teams to provide legal guidance on product development, system implementation, and robotics initiatives - Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, supply chain, licensing, and deployment contracts - Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to technical architecture and program design - Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing - Develop and implement practical solutions to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance About the team Amazon's Legal Department is a global team of professionals who serve as strategic partners to the business, helping to navigate complex legal challenges at unprecedented scale.
