## Description

Responsibilities  

Temp Privacy Office Specialist

Duration: 12 months

Work Location: Arsenal (San Antonio)

M-F 8am-5pm

- Manage department email and respond to status requests from outside parties.
- Reconcile invoices and communicate with stores/departments regarding vendor services.
- Coordinate and assemble records necessary to fulfill third-party requests.
- Monitor the record fulfilment queue for approaching deadlines.
