We’re a **Series A** company with **$20M+ raised** from Headline, Village Global, and the founders of General Catalyst, Flatiron Health, Sword Health, Fay, Elemy, Zip, Blank Street, Assured, Bridge, Birches Health, and Enzo Health. # **The Role:** We’re looking for a **Strategic Finance & Business Operations Lead** to own the financial and analytical work behind some of Blossom’s most important business decisions and revenue drivers. This is **not a generic BizOps role**. You’ll spend a significant amount of your time digging into the economics of the business: understanding our revenue structure, building financial models, evaluating new opportunities, and turning complex financial and operational data into decisions. You'll also directly own key commercial aspects of the business including relationships and workflows with health insurance payors and other strategic counterparties.
