Alert Chef to any edits on the recipe or inventory changes. · Demonstrates skill in both hot and cold food production and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skill. · Demonstrates a commitment to quality by producing food in a timely manner and serving at the proper temperature. Maintain good judgement for food quality. · Maintain and operate various types of equipment and utensils in safe and sanitary fashion. · Works as a team member to get meals done on time and support co-workers when needed. Knowledge of proper service techniques and portion size with a focus on plate presentation. · The ability to organize the station to efficiently produce orders for service. · Demonstrate knowledge of specialized diet for Healthcare Unit. · Follow procedures for safe food handling and storage. · Maintain standards of sanitation, daily and in compliance with assigned sanitation schedule · Comply with standards of personal hygiene. · Participates in meal service. · All other duties as assigned. · Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all Plymouth Place policies and procedures. · Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
