## Description

Thuma is seeking a Construction Manager to lead retail buildouts, renovations, and fleet improvements from due diligence through opening and will deliver premium retail environments. You will own scope, budget, schedule, and finish quality; interpret construction documents; lead contractor bidding and selection; and hold partners accountable while aligning internal teams on decisions, risks, and delivery.

**Who We Are**

Thuma is a modern design company specializing in furniture and home goods. We believe simplicity is the ultimate luxury. That the details matter. And that good design is good hospitality.
