## Description

# Licensed HVAC Technician

**Palmer, MA**  
**$35.00–$55.00 per hour + Benefits**  
**Full-Time | Monday–Friday**

We are seeking an experienced **Licensed HVAC Technician** to support commercial facilities throughout the Palmer, MA area.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled HVAC technician looking for steady commercial work, competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC experience, be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and take pride in providing quality service to customers.

### Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service commercial HVAC systems

- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues

- Service boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, rooftop units, and other commercial HVAC equipment

- Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs

- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally

- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records

- Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel

- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA and EPA regulations

- Maintain a clean and professional work environment

- Participate in required safety training

- Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

### Requirements

- **Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required**

- **EPA 608 Universal Certification required**

- Commercial HVAC experience

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Clean driving record

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- BMS/Building Automation experience is a plus

### Pay & Benefits

- **$35.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience**
