## Description

Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is looking for experienced **HVAC Technicians** to work in our **Commercial Service Department.** The right candidate will be able to perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to installing, maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Positive attitude and the ability work in varying commercial environments are a must for joining our DC based Team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Must have the ability to service and install all types of Residential & Commercial HVAC equipment.
- Ability to provide the customer with clear communication.
- Always maintain a high quality of service.
- Think outside the box about ways to enhance service/experience.
- Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines.
- Follow truck maintenance schedule/keep a clean truck.

- **5-10** years of **HVAC Service** experience
- CFC Certification
- Journeyman HVAC and Gasfitter License.
- Experience with Boilers, Cooling Towers, Dry Coolers &Hydronics
- Basic controls and low voltage troubleshooting
- Experience of Water Source Heat Pumps
- Knowledge about Variable Refrigerant Flow

**Salary Description:** $42-$54/hourly.
