This role is for a proven Superintendent with direct General Contractor experience who can lead complex commercial projects from start to finish. If you’re a hands-on construction leader who knows how to keep projects on track and crews aligned, this is your opportunity to take ownership of builds you can be proud of. ### **What’s in it for You?** - $105,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience - Performance-based project bonus opportunities - Vehicle and gas reimbursement - Paid medical and dental benefits - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time - Company-sponsored team events, including barbecues and holiday gatherings ### **Why You’ll Love It Here** - Take ownership of your projects while having support from the team when you need it - Work on ground-up commercial construction projects where quality and solid execution matter - Join a team that values accountability, clear communication, and respect on the job site - Build your skills through continued training and industry certifications - Grow with a company that offers opportunities for long-term career advancement - Spend your time leading projects and solving construction challenges, not dealing with unnecessary oversight ### **Your New Role** - Work as a Commercial Construction Superintendent on projects in Payson, Utah, and surrounding areas - Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects - Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, inspections, schedules, and site logistics - Keep subcontractors informed and accountable for schedule, safety, and quality expectations - Read and work from construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents - Monitor progress and address field issues before they impact the project schedule or budget - Maintain job site safety standards and construction compliance requirements - Complete daily reports and maintain accurate field and project documentation - Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors - Use construction management software to track progress and communicate project information - Oversee projects through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. - At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor managing ground-up commercial construction projects - Experience overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish - Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination, construction scheduling, site operations, safety, inspections, and plan execution - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents - Strong leadership, communication, organization, and job site problem-solving skills - Experience using construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend - Fieldwire experience is a plus - Experience with multi-story commercial construction strongly preferred, ideally projects of four or more stories - Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance - OSHA certification preferred - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Construction Management degree preferred but not required Zadok Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
