Your work will include: - Set up, program, and operate CNC mills. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentation. - Perform machining operations on plastic and metal workpieces to meet precise dimensions and tolerances. - Install fixtures, adjust machine settings, and follow the required production sequence. - Monitor machine operation, identify potential malfunctions, and make adjustments as needed. - Inspect and measure finished workpieces using appropriate gauges and measuring tools. - Maintain quality standards, report discrepancies to your supervisor, and help ensure accurate production. - Clean machine components and perform routine machine maintenance. **WHAT YOU'LL BRING** **Required qualifications** - Previous machine operation experience – CNC mills and lathes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and specifications. - Ability to perform accurate measurements and maintain close tolerances. **Preferred qualification** - CNC machining certification is a plus. - Experience using **Mazak** or **Haas** CNC mills. - Experience using CNC lathes a plus. **BENEFITS THAT SUPPORT YOU** We believe a great opportunity includes more than just a paycheck.
