Join our team to be part of a culture that encourages growth and development and celebrates our success. **Key Responsibilities** The CNC Machinist is responsible to operate one or more machine tools or special purpose machines to machine metal parts to required specifications.   **Key Deliverables of the Position** · Run Standard operating procedures on multiple axis machines · Contact Manufacturing Services to troubleshoot process problems · Change perishable tooling when required · Install new tool holders · Follow set up instructions to set up CNC machines · Following inspection plans to inspect parts · Communicate to co-workers on status of cell operations · Participate in continuous improvement activities · Troubleshoot tooling as required · Work holding (fixturing – chucking) **Required Education and Experience** - High School Diploma or GED required - minimum of 2- 4 years of experience with manual and CNC machines, multi-axis preferred. **Required Technical Competencies**· Competency in Machining Skills - Fixturing - Chucking - Work holding - Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills **Physical** Regularly lift 30-50 pounds Regularly perform repetitive tasks Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately **Behavioral Competencies – Demonstrates behaviors consistent with our values** **1)** **Thinks and acts like an owner** o Uses company resources wisely & cost-effectively o Shows pride in the organization and a commitment to its long-term success o Takes full responsibility for their actions o Holds self to high standards of performance and integrity **2)** **Demonstrates high integrity** o Consistently acts with honestly, transparency and high ethics o Makes decisions based on what is morally right o Owns their actions and holds self-accountable **3)** **Puts team above self;
