Synergy Homecare of Seminole is looking for **CNA Caregivers** who are passionate about helping others, dependable, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.

**Service Area: Largo, Florida.**

**Qualifications:**

- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Recent TB Test Results.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Must have strong communication skills.

**What you'll do:**

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Accompany clients to their appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
