This includes assessing the relevance of emerging clinical approaches, implementing new programs, and refining outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness. - **Contribute** to the strategic direction of clinical services by aligning program development with agency goals and values. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in evaluating agency-wide needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that new initiatives are both effective and sustainable. - **Provide** high-level clinical and regular supervision and mentorship to therapists and mental health school supports, modeling professionalism and clinical excellence.
