We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to supervise our **Santa Barbara team** and grow into your clinical leadership skills. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who excels in clinical oversight, compliance, team development, and quality improvement.  
 

**Responsibilities:**

Oversee daily clinical operations and staff performance  
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s in nursing (NLN-accredited) or a 4-year degree (preferred)
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of California
- 2+ years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health or a related field
- Supervisory experience within the last 3 years

       **Salary Range: $95,000 to $120,000 annually**
