**Clinical Director – Outpatient Clinic | Framingham, MA**

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Framingham, MA is seeking a full-time **Clinical Director** to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic.

### **Responsibilities of the Clinical Director**

- Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care

- Maintain a full patient load

- Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs

- Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation

- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes

- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture

- Track and report key performance metrics

### **Qualifications**

- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible)

- Leadership or management experience preferred

- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients

- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader

- Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team

- Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths

- **Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required**
