The Clinic RN provides support to the participant and their caregiver/family members, assists the participant to maintain or increase their health status through the provision of Clinic services including teaching, counseling, and other skilled interventions. This position is responsible for providing superior physical assessment techniques, the development of effective nursing care plans and professional nursing care of the patient. The Clinic Registered Nurse must have well developed organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate the scheduling, communication and encounter documentation of all care provided in compliance with regulatory requirements **What is PACE?** PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.
