If you want to work with sharp, ambitious people who push boundaries, move quickly, and are excited to take space operations to the next level, Quindar is the place to do it. # What You’ll Be Doing Quindar is standing up classified operational environments to support mission partners across the U.S. government. We are seeking an Cleared System Administrator with deep experience deploying and maintaining IT systems inside Secret Collateral and SCI-accredited spaces, including SCIF infrastructure. This role is responsible for building, securing, accrediting, and operating the IT backbone of our classified spaces. You will install and maintain CWAN, DISN, SIPR, and/or JWICS networks, deploy classified-compliant workstations and peripherals and support all end-user systems in coordination with our ISSM and Facility Security Officer. This is a hands-on technical role that directly enables Quindar’s classified mission execution. # Qualifications - Required * 5+ years supporting corporate or enterprise IT environments * Strong experience with endpoint management (macOS, Windows, Linux) * Hands-on experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC) * Experience administering internal networks, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and office infrastructure * Strong understanding of security best practices for corporate IT environments * Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with minimal process overhead * Comfortable owning systems end-to-end with high reliability expectations - Preferred * Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji) * Familiarity with cloud-based IT tooling (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, etc.) * Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams * Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP-adjacent workflows) * Scripting or automation experience to streamline IT operations * Ability to obtain or currently hold a U.S. Government SECRET clearance * Experience supporting or setting up IT systems in classified or controlled-access environments # What Success Looks Like - Employees have fast, reliable, secure access to the tools they need - Corporate IT systems are scalable, well-documented, and easy to operate - Endpoints are consistently configured, patched, and secure - Minimal downtime and fast response to IT issues - IT processes that balance strong security with developer velocity - Strong trust established across engineering, operations, and leadership # ITAR REQUIREMENTS To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. # Why you'll love working at Quindar We work in a cutting edge industry and you will get the opportunity to be part of a small team with a large direct impact on the success of our customers’ space missions!
