## Description

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable janitor to join our team in Miramar Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Cleaning and Maintenance:**

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in all areas of the facility.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
- Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed.

**Facility Upkeep:**

- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies, such as spills.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

**Safety Compliance:**

- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Must be authorized to work in US.
- Must be able to pass background check

**Part-time position**

- Tuesday and Thursday after 12:00PM 1 ½ hours each day
