## Description

**Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL is seeking CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS (CNAs)** **with at least 2 years** **of experience working in a skilled nursing facility to work the following 8 hour shifts, includes every other weekend both days:**

- **Full & Part-Time on Days (7a-3p) Including every other weekend; OR JUST EOW on Days**
- **Full & Part-Time on Evenings (3p-11p) including every other weekend**
- **Full Time on Nights (11p-7a) - MUST START AT 11:00**
- **$19 - 22 per hour depending on status and benefits selected**
- **$2 Shift Differential for Evenings and Overnights plus $2/hr extra when assigned to the Vent unit**

**of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):**

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Illinois - **NO WAIVERS ACCEPTED**
- **Must have at least 2 years experience as a CNA and be at least 18 years of age**
- Must have an up-to-date flu vaccination receipt or bone fide religious or medical exemption
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- CPR Certified
- Must have knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations as related to job duties
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
- Must conduct themselves with professionalism, and have a positive attitude
