## Description

**Park Place Health and Wellness Center**, an Assisted Living Community, located in St. John, IN is seeking **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Full Time, 3:00PM - 11:00PM****.** Park Place Health and Wellness Center is a member of the **Providence Life Services** family where we are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve!

**Evening Shift Hours: 3:00PM - 11:00PM. Must be able to work every other weekend.**

**Summary of essential job functions:**

The primary role for this position will work closely with fellow staff members to provide assistance and care to our residents in accordance with their needs. Typical activities that you will assist our residents with include, but are not limited to, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, and transferring. Additional job responsibilities include but are not limited to reminding of medications, making beds, responding to call lights, and documentation of your work.

- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
- Pass a physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test, fingerprint for criminal background and complete a reference check.
