We’re looking for a **full-time Case Manager** who’s ready to make a difference! If you’ve got a bachelor’s degree in human services (or a related field) and at least 2 years of experience in child placement, this could be your next big move.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Help families build skills like emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
- Connect families to community resources.
- Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth.
