## Description

**NOW HIRING: ON‑CALL CAREGIVER (HHA/CNA PREFERRED)**  
**HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL - BONUSES - FLEXIBLE ON‑CALL SHIFTS**

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced **On‑Call Caregiver** to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes. HHA or CNA is preferred, but strong experience with elderly clients will be considered.

## What You'll Do

- Be available outside regular business hours to cover last‑minute call‑outs and urgent client needs.

- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping.

- Provide companionship and respond appropriately in emergencies.

- Work in private homes and, at times, assisted living and hospice settings.

## On‑Call Expectations

- Agree to specific on‑call days and hours.

- Receive a flat‑rate on‑call stipend **plus** hourly pay for all hours worked.

- Return calls within 15 minutes and be able to leave for a shift within 30 minutes.

- Accept all assignments during your on‑call period.

- Maintain reliable transportation and complete required documentation on time.

## Skills & Qualifications

- Prior senior care experience; HHA or CNA preferred.

- Respectful, compassionate, dependable.

- Strong communication, time management, and ethics.

- Reliable transportation.

- **Bonus pay + $250 sign‑on bonus**

On‑call shifts are paid a **flat rate** to be on stand‑by for urgent caregiver needs. Full‑time work available.
