**Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?**

We're looking for a CAD Tech Pack Specialist to join our design team on an hourly basis. This role is focused on producing accurate, detailed tech packs and CADs to support the product development process — no original design concepting required.

# **Responsibilities**

- Create clear, accurate tech packs for new styles based on design direction provided by the design team
- Develop flat sketches/CADs (front, back, detail views) for garments/products
- Update and revise tech packs based on fit comments, sample feedback, or design changes
- Ensure specs, measurements, construction details, and callouts are accurately documented
- Maintain consistent formatting and organization across all tech packs
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure design intent is properly translated into technical documentation
- Track and log hours accurately per project/style as needed
- Meet deadlines to keep production and development timelines on track

# **Requirements**

- Proven experience creating tech packs and CADs (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD software)
- Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, and specs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple styles/projects at once and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with the design team
- Prior experience in [apparel/footwear/accessories — specify category] preferred
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development or Apparel Design related field
- 8+ years work experience in Design
- In depth knowledge of textiles, materials, construction and fit
- Computer sketching using CAD skills including Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, hand sketching, flat sketching
- Experience developing tech packs
- Strong hand illustration skills
- Advanced computer skills including experience using Microsoft suite, Adobe suite and Google suite applications

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience at luxury or contemporary brand
- Experience leading a team

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $40.00 - $50.00 an hour.
