## Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development & Customer Experience Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, understands and appreciates firearms, and wants to be part of a company with a long history in the industry.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across customer service, sales, business development, product development, e-commerce, marketing, and production.
