Follow predetermined recipes to ensure consistent food quality. Serve and present food offerings according to brand guidelines. Ensure breakfast buffet and dining areas are kept neat and clean by promptly cleaning tables, monitoring garbage receptacles and replenishing food and supplies quickly during service. - Greet guests promptly, warmly, and courteously. - Restock and clean condiment areas, empty trash and recycling as needed. - Prepare all food items according to instructions, ensuring proper sanitation methods are used. Ensure food is presented in an appealing manner and according to brand or property standards. - Bus/clear tables in dining area to ensure a clean and inviting environment. - Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. - Assist with inventory counts and ordering as requested by management. - Ensure all food handling, safety, and sanitization protocols are followed at all times. - Promptly respond to guest with any additional request. - Wash and clean any dishes used during service. Clean kitchen area. Rotate stock to ensure freshness and excellent food quality. - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces. - Complete pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking, cleaning, mopping floors, cleaning service areas. - Report any maintenance issues or damaged equipment. - Maintain professionalism with coworkers and guests.?
