## Description

**Grill Cook - Daytime Shift**

Happy Daz is seeking an experienced breakfast cook. We have an immediate opening for a Grill Cook, working made-to-order breakfast and into our quick-service lunch shift. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule and shifts end by 4pm daily! **Starting pay up to $16/hour, based on availability and experience.**

**What You'll Do:**

- Prepare and cook made-to-order breakfast items on the grill, following our recipes and specifications
- Transition into quick-service lunch, working the grill and other stations as needed to keep pace
- Operate the grill and fryers safely and efficiently
- Set up, break down, and maintain a clean, organized prep and cook line
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
- Properly store and handle food in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols throughout the kitchen

**What We're Looking For:**

- Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations
- Grill cook experience a plus; made-to-order breakfast and quick-service lunch experience preferred
- Comfortable switching pace between made-to-order breakfast and high-volume lunch service
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work history
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask under time constraints
- Must be at least 16 years old
