## Description

## **About the Role**

Adora's creative function serves 20+ customers and prospects, and behind every one of them sits a brand with its own visual language, creative direction principles, and aesthetic point of view. The Brand & Creative Direction Lead is accountable for making sure that point of view survives contact with AI production at scale, partnering directly with brand-side creative directors, translating their standards into Adora's AI tooling, and holding the final aesthetic bar on everything that reaches a client.

This is a senior individual contributor role. The Brand & Creative Direction Lead leads through taste and craft: staying close to flagship accounts, building real working relationships with the creative directors on the other side of the table, and setting the aesthetic bar the rest of the creative team works to. A Creative Ops Manager owns pipeline throughput and contractor management, freeing this role to focus on brand fidelity and the creative-director relationship.
