## Description

The Bonded/Woven Cord Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient production and packaging of Bonded and Woven Strapping while following all Customer requirements and Safety and Company Policies and Procedures.

**Schedules Available:**

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

**Responsibilities:**

· Replenish creel stands and adhesives

· Monitor/adjust Bonding and Weaving processes

· Tie ends

· Adjust line tensions

· Start up and shut down lines as needed

· Ensure product meets order specifications

· Complete production paperwork

· Exceed all Safety standards

· Meet all Quality requirements

· Cleans and maintains equipment when applicable.

· Uses product specifications to set up equipment to manufacture product.

· Transfer coils in process from the machine

· Package coils

**Requirements:**

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent attendance

• Problem solving skills

• Communication skills

• Basic understanding of adhesives and yarns

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as necessary
