RV Country is looking for skilled RV Technicians to join our team! In this role, you’ll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality repairs, this could be the perfect fit for you!

**Job Responsibilities**

- Examine and diagnose RV problems.
- Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
- Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
- Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
- Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
- Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
- Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
- Attend company and factory training.

**Qualifications**

- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and team members
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines

**Education and Experience**

- RV Technician experience required
- Current valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or GED required
