Valley is committed to being an organization that promotes authenticity and encourages opportunities for success. **Job Summary** The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and caregiver training. The BCBA trains and provides clinical supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and treatment implementation.
