This role covers full-cycle recruiting, benefits administration, payroll processing, staffing coordination, data entry, and general administration of HR policies and practices. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, service-driven, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail and deadlines, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Manage full-cycle recruiting: post requisitions, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, recommend candidates for hire, and prepare offers and offer packets. - Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including required tests and forms, and lead the onboarding process and new hire orientation. - Partner with staffing agencies to fill temporary positions. - Answer employee questions on benefit plans, the employee assistance program, FMLA, and disability processes; guide employees through annual Open Enrollment. - Review timecards for accuracy, process payroll, and administer bonus programs. - Coordinate performance management activities, training, and records retention; maintain personnel files and HRIS data. - Keep job descriptions detailed, accurate, and current. - Compile data and research for HR projects and recommend process and procedure improvements; prepare reports for the HR department. - Coordinate wellness initiatives, company events, service and recognition awards, invoices, and uniform and safety footwear programs. - Perform other duties as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of Human Resources experience. - Working knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Ability to learn company practices related to benefits, payroll, and employee relations. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently. - Customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interact with all levels of employees, from production to management. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Desire to grow HR knowledge and skills. - Clean driving record **Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
