**🔥** **What You'll Do**

- Support clients through recovery using **observe & report** care
- Complete client intakes and documentation in **EMR/EHR systems**
- Conduct **urine drug screens (UA) and BAC testing**
- Enforce facility rules while maintaining dignity and respect
- Monitor client behavior and respond calmly to crises
- Communicate daily with clinical leadership
- Help keep the facility organized, safe, and welcoming

**🎯** **What We're Looking For**

- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in **behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment** (preferred, not required)
- CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Calm under pressure, dependable, and compassionate
