At Bianca, we do more than serve food and drinks — we create moments. Whether it’s a weeknight pizza and cocktail or a celebratory dinner, every guest experience is shaped by our team’s attention to detail, warmth, and commitment to excellence.

We’re looking for a **Bartender** who commands the bar, connects with guests, and brings the energy.

**THE GIG (AKA WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING)**

- Own the bar experience — setting the tone, building the vibe, and guiding guests from first hello to final goodbye
- Balance craft, speed, and personality with ease, even when the bar is packed and the energy is high
- Build real rapport with guests, making the bar feel personal, welcoming, and alive
- Execute service with precision — using the POS accurately, following steps of service, and ensuring proper glassware, setup, and presentation
- Know the menu inside and out — food, beer, wine, cocktails — and stay curious about learning more
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and service-ready; execute opening, closing, and restocking with purpose; support all service channels; communicate guest feedback; serve alcohol responsibly; jump in where needed; and show up sharp and professional for nights, weekends, and holidays
