If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the mountains, and value hospitality that feels personal—not transactional—this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** Guest Experience & Service - Provide outstanding, personalized bar service to guests and members with efficiency and enthusiasm. - Engage guests in conversation and make thoughtful product recommendations based on preferences. - Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and presentation aligned with Gravity Haus standards. - Ensure guests feel seen, welcomed, and taken care of from first pour to last sip. - Educate guests and members on special offerings, tastings, Haus events, or membership benefits. Bar Operations - Set up, break down, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment at all times. - Follow recipes and portion standards consistently while also contributing creative ideas. - Manage cash/credit transactions and reconcile daily sales accurately. - Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs, shortages, or waste concerns. - Follow and enforce all safety, TIPS certification, and alcohol service procedures. - Maintain cleanliness of glassware, tools, bar tops, and all beverage equipment. - Support service staff and jump in where needed to help the team succeed. Team & Culture - Collaborate with the F&B team to execute smooth service during peak periods. - Assist in training new bar staff as needed. - Participate in team meetings, menu updates, and seasonal programming. - Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador—representing our mission, values, and lifestyle. - Bring your personality to work.
